Fruit of The Loom® guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any item that is in the original condition that it was received from – unused, unwashed and accompanied by original packaging, including tags. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

You may return items purchased from within 7 days of the original order date. We only accept returns for items purchased from You are responsible for the cost of returns. will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Please allow 30 business days for us to process your return and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the returns credit to show up on your bank statement.
